Our Teaching Methods
Whereas most dance instructors teach steps or figures, we concentrate on the dance principles. Using the format of each dance to teach the partnership skills involved with executing the technical skills required.As coaches, we teach the spatial dynamics of partnership dancing which conform to the scientific principles involved when two bodies are moving through space.
We teach easy to understand concepts that allow each student to mentally grasp, what their bodies will execute, in order to express themselves in dance.

We continue our training in all the elements of Standard and Latin dance, focusing on building and refining our teaching techniques. We strive to give our students the best information available to refine their frame, footwork, posture and legline, swing and sway, and expression for powerful, beautiful dancing.
